Bloomin' wonderful engraving for RHS Hampton Awards

Hampton Court is in full bloom this week, host to the RHS Hampton Awards.

The Royal Horticultural Society aims to ‘enrich everyone’s life through plants and make the UK a greener, more beautiful place’, through the development of public gardens, education, community projects and media outreach.

The show saw six days of curated gardens on display. The event included workshops, iconic designers, and awards.

There was a total of fifteen categories to celebrate the best and most innovative gardens. Two categories went to a public vote.

Premium alloys put petal to the metal

On this occasion, winners received freestanding tablets. These traditional tablets featured a design twist, using layering for depth and style.

Wood sits between two layers of high-quality aluminium. We achieve a brushed finish at our in-house polishing facilities. The awards are then engraved with personalised winners’ details. In addition, we engraved the wood for a unique texture, giving the award a tactile feel.

These awards have a rustic, yet sculpted aesthetic, particularly to reflect many of the gardens nominated. Above all, streamlined design takes the lead to emphasise the RHS logo.
