Bold Print for European Shuffleboard Awards

This week, we’re taking a look back at the European Shuffleboard Awards, and how their unique brand influenced a stand-out custom design.

Acrylic is one of our most versatile materials, and its flexibility allows for creative manufacture that utilises individual brand elements for a truly bespoke finish. The top of this award is solid black acrylic, custom cut to size. Acrylic has a smooth surface, ideal for printing colour-matched logos, graphics, and text. With a subtle shine, acrylic topped awards offer a professional finish.

This award features a simple, minimal print. Clear lines give this winning trophy a bold look, and draw the eye to the printed title, as well as the ‘SHUFL‘ logo.

Adhered to the front of the award, individually profiled letters laser-cut out of white acrylic make the ‘SHUFL’ logo. Additional acrylic detail is a simple way of adding depth to a traditional looking award, as well as a tactile finish.

The base of this award is solid aluminium, cut and finished in-house at Gaudio. Featuring a ‘2019 Winner’ engraving, this base has a brushed surface, for a subtle shine.
