In the design of this award, the mixed use of material combines the traditional prestige associated with silver trophies alongside the contemporary features of the FEBE Growth 100 brand. Layering materials provides not only visual interest, but space for design to utilise the logo as the canvas for additional print.
The recognisable ‘100’ with it’s distinct flick is cut from solid aluminium to match the base, but this time polished with a brushed finish. Brushing the metal leaves a matte, professional edge that still catches the light with movement.

Every trophy is personalised, and the winners’ names are printed onto the face of the award in contrasting white print, alongside the full FEBE Growth 100 Watch List logo.
Black acrylic layered on top of the base grounds the glossy black acrylic top on the silver base. It’s also the spot where sponsor logos are prominently displayed, printed directly onto the surface.
