Lead times for our bespoke trophies

Gaudio delivers beautifully bespoke trophies and awards for every occasion possible; from music trophies to corporate trophies, and everything in between. 

If ordering a custom metal or acrylic award, you can expect to receive your trophy in the post 4 weeks from the date of ordering. However, due to the complexities involved in manufacturing our 3D and sculptured awards, they offer a lead time of 4-12 weeks. If you are looking for a bespoke trophy with a tight turnaround, our expert team will always endeavour to meet your requirements wherever possible. 

Rest assured that we don’t need every little detail upon ordering your custom trophy. Winners’ details are typically required around 2 weeks before the date of delivery, or you can have the name plates delivered post-event if you prefer. Your dedicated Account Manager will regularly communicate with you throughout the trophy ordering process, keeping you up to date with all your exciting custom trophy updates.

How to order a custom trophy in 5 simple steps

1) Make an enquiry

Ordering your custom trophies from Gaudio is a quick and easy process. Within our Get a Quote form, we’ll ask you for some simple information about your awards, including:

  • The quantity of custom trophies needed
  • Your budget per trophy
  • The date your trophies are required by

You can also share any additional information regarding your event details, design preferences, materials and personalisation options. Feel free to attach any supporting files such as logos or brand guidelines; this helps us to build up a visual picture of your brand and trophy requirements.

2) Receive your artwork

This is where the fun part begins! Our skilled designers will create stunning 2D and 3D visuals of your trophies using the latest industry-leading design software. The artwork will be sent over alongside a quote for your approval. If the visuals aren’t quite right, just let us know – we can tweak the designs as many times as you like.

Please rest assured that our design service is totally free and there is no obligation to place an order. 

3) Place your order

Once you’re happy with the quote and designs, it’s time to place your custom trophy order. We’ll send over a detailed order confirmation breaking down the quantity, materials, cost and delivery details of your trophies. Simply confirm the order, sit back and relax…

4) Proofing stage

A thorough proofing stage is included within every custom trophy order. Before we actually engrave or print your trophies, you will receive a final PDF proof of each individual award. This is your opportunity to check for any issues with the logo, font, colours, layout or spelling. No trophies will be produced without your approval, so we highly recommend checking each proof carefully and making sure your trophies are event-ready. 

5) Celebrate!

There’s no better feeling than unboxing your custom trophy order and seeing your brand new customised awards looking so fresh and polished, just in time for your event.

Our dedicated couriers will usually ship your order within 3-5 working days, or you can opt for our next-day delivery service. International delivery and multiple shipments are also available upon request.

When you order a blank trophy, it will arrive without any personalised details. The trophy is blank for you to add your own personalisation, or use as a decorative piece.

Personalise Online

Select your layout using the dropdown menu, then enter your details. The live proof shows you an approximate visual of how your trophy will look when it’s engraved. Once you’ve added the details you want and purchased your trophy, we’ll begin manufacture right away.

Please note: The live render is an estimate of how your trophy will look, and the final result may vary in size, colour and placement.

Gaudio Proofing Service

With the Gaudio Proofing Service, simply add your chosen trophy to your cart and checkout as normal. A member of the team will be in touch to collect the required details, and we’ll send you proofs to approve before manufacture. Delivery time excludes proofing.
