How to Order a Custom Trophy in 6 Simple Steps

1) Submit Your Enquiry

First, you’ll need to get in touch with our friendly team. Fill out our Get a Quote form and tell us:

  • How many trophies you need
  • Your budget (if known)
  • The date of your event
  • Any design ideas, materials, or finishes you have in mind

At this stage, you can also attach your brand guidelines or logos. Please provide your logos in vector format (AI, EPS, or SVG) where possible, as we can then Pantone match your brand colours and advise on the best production method to bring your branding to life.

There’s no need for winners’ names at this stage. You can supply these later during the proofing phase.

2) Receive Your Artwork

Once we’ve received your brief, our designers will get to work and create detailed 2D and 3D visuals of your custom trophy. We’ll give you:

  • Scaled visuals
  • Suggestions of materials
  • Options for finishes
  • An accurate quote

Our trophy design service is completely free and there’s no obligation to place an order at this stage. We’ll work with you to refine the design until it’s exactly right, without any limits on the number of revisions.

3) Confirm Your Order

When you’re happy with your trophy design and quote, we’ll send you a detailed order confirmation outlining:

  • The specification of the trophies
  • Quantity of trophies needed
  • Final cost (including VAT)
  • The production timeline
  • Details of delivery

If you’re happy with all the details, simply confirm your order via email and we’ll move swiftly into production.

4) Check Your Proofs

Before we actually start manufacturing your trophies, we’ll send over individual PDF proofs showing any engraved or printed elements. This is also the perfect time to send us your winners’ details. Make sure you thoroughly check each proof for the following:

  • Spelling
  • Layout
  • Logo placement
  • Colour accuracy
  • Font consistency

If there’s anything you’d like to change, just let us know! Nothing will move into production without your written sign-off.

5) We Start Manufacturing

This is where your trophy really starts to take shape! We manufacture all our custom trophies in-house using a range of techniques, including:

  • 3D printing
  • CNC machining
  • Laser cutting and engraving
  • Precision metalwork
  • Hard painting and finishing

We complete a strict quality control checklist for every award before it’s assembled to ensure that it perfectly matches your vision and nothing has been missed.

6) Unpack Your Awards

Once your trophies have been manufactured and assembled, we’ll carefully pack them using our triple-layer protection system and deliver them right to your door. We offer a range of delivery and fulfilment options, including:

  • UK and international shipping
  • Delivery to multiple addresses
  • Support with custom documentation
  • Tracking and signature on delivery
  • Flight cases for international events
  • Stock holding in our warehouse

You’ll typically receive your order within 3-5 working days once your trophies have been built, or you can opt for our next day delivery service if you need them sooner. Then all that’s left is to unpack your order and celebrate!

When you order a blank trophy, it will arrive without any personalised details. The trophy is blank for you to add your own personalisation, or use as a decorative piece.

Engraved

Engraving etches your design into the surface of the trophy.

Printed

Print is colour-matched. Based on variations in computer and screen settings, and manufacturing tolerances, colours may appear differently to what you see on screen.

Personalise Online

Select your layout using the dropdown menu, then enter your details. The live proof shows you an approximate visual of how your trophy will look when it’s engraved. Once you’ve added the details you want and purchased your trophy, we’ll begin manufacture right away.

Please note: The live render is an estimate of how your trophy will look, and the final result may vary in size, colour and placement.

Gaudio Proofing Service

With the Gaudio Proofing Service, simply add your chosen trophy to your cart and checkout as normal. A member of the team will be in touch to collect the required details, and we’ll send you proofs to approve before manufacture. Delivery time excludes proofing.
