Relish People Awards

The Relish People awards is a new employee recognition scheme from Relish Broadband, an innovative broadband supplier providing 4G and wireless networks across London. Relish Broadband can be set up directly by the user, eliminating the need for installation engineers, long lead-times to get connected and fussy long-term contracts. It has grown exponentially since it was set up in 2014 and this year is launching its first internal awards programme for exceptional staff performance.

Relish Broadband appointed Gaudio to create some designs for their new awards programme. With their brand consisting of a series of striking ‘people’ images in various poses, Gaudio was very excited with the opportunity to really go to town with the designs.  The team at Relish Broadband initially wanted acrylic topped awards, but Gaudio worked closely with them, moving away from the original idea to produce awards which are completely consistent with their brand image. The finished awards are free-standing Relish ‘people’ made up of 20mm polished and printed aluminium backed with 5mm similarly coloured acrylic, which is printed with the category and winner’s details.  Gaudio’s design team really enjoyed working on these awards as the company branding is so original and striking, and the finished awards are really eye-catching.
