Bespoke trophies for extraordinary moments
Bespoke TrophiesSoGlos Awards 2018
As a company based in Tewkesbury, we’re extremely fortunate to operate in an area that has so much to offer. Gloucestershire is a county that’s not only picturesque, but a thriving hub of business and lifestyle development. To celebrate the variety of excellence in Gloucestershire, SoPublishing have hosted their first ever SoGlos Awards.

SoPublishing are ‘Gloucestershire’s most innovative media company’, and are home to market-leading online magazines, including SoGlos and SoWeddings.
The awards recognise a range of businesses and individuals. From Event of the Year to Takeaway of the Year, the categories cover the best Gloucestershire has to offer. The awards saw over 20,000 votes cast, and winners were chosen by the highest authority – the people of Gloucestershire.
Loving Local at Gaudio
With twenty categories celebrating teams, individuals, venues and events, the awards had to suit a little bit of everything in Gloucestershire.
With that in mind, the SoGlos Awards had a simple acrylic tablet. Tablets are a particularly versatile option for an award, and with print, the possibilities are endless.

It’s important to get the best possible print to emphasise a logo. While we can colour-match, these awards took a few trial runs before they were ready! Sometimes printing can take some time to perfect, and the result is an award with the Gaudio stamp of approval.
An acrylic tablet looks sleek and can incorporate modern branding, but offers an overall more resilient alternative to glass or crystal. For awards that look consistent year on year, while still keeping distinct annual designs, a tablet is undoubtedly an ideal choice.
To sum up, the award ceremony went off without a hitch, and winners included the iconic Cheltenham Racecourse, the Everyman Theatre, and the Cheltenham Literature Festival.
