Bespoke trophies for extraordinary moments
Bespoke TrophiesTTGLuxury Travel Awards 2018
This year TTG Media held their first ever ttgluxury Travel Awards, celebrating luxury travel suppliers at a spectacular ceremony in London. We’re fortunate enough to have worked with TTG Media in the past, and this year they came to us to create something brand new for this event.
Experts in Luxury Travel
The Travel Trade Gazette has produced a weekly travel publication for 65 years, and stands as the world’s oldest travel newspaper.
Their magazine, ttgluxury, is published quarterly, and covers all areas of the luxury travel sector, from exclusive resort openings, to interviews with the likes of Gemma Antrobus (Managing Director, Haslmere Travel), Justin Wateridge (Managing Director, Steppes Travel), and other key players in the world of exclusive travel.
The award ceremony saw Justin Wateridge of Steppes Travel take home the most anticipated title, as winner of the Contribution to Luxury award.

The design for this award had to reflect the prestige of recieving commendations from the gatekeepers of worldwide luxury travel.
Our in-house designers were tasked with creating an award that encompassed the brand, the style, and the significance of the 2018 TTGLuxuy Travel Awards.
The design had to feature the statement marbling image, in a form that was both uncomplicated and elegant, with space for a good amount of text.
The Power of Print
The final award saw a simple and contemporary asymmetrical design, with a curved corner and crisp print.

The top of the award has been created using clear acrylic, sandwiched between black acrylic pieces. Not only does this give the award depth, it allows for variety in the printing. The printed design is complimented by the text, rather than overwhelmed, and completes this stylish and distinguished award.
The base is a sturdy aluminium with a brushed finish, for a fingerprint–reduced look.

Acrylic is a versatile tool when making awards. Print can provide a quintessential look for your award, or integrate a modern design or brand, for a fresh take on a classic piece.
