Update from Gaudio: Virtual Events and Other Changes

The Gaudio team is continuing to work closely with customers and suppliers to handle enquiries, deliveries and questions, and after working with reduced staff levels during the lock down, we are now back up and running, and will be at full capacity soon.

Important Guidance, Distancing and Hygiene

Safety remains our priority and we’re taking every step to maintain responsible practices within our office and manufacturing space. We have introduced increased measures to ensure sterilisation and distancing during this time.

Our in-house manufacturing team ensure no external staff handle assembled awards before packing. Increased handwashing, protective equipment and thorough contamination prevention measures have been implemented across all departments.

Promotional Materials and Virtual Events

Gaudio are working to supply virtual events. If you require promotional materials in shipments, or multiple delivery addresses, our team are more than happy to work with you to accommodate this.

Delivery Requirements

Deliveries in some areas are understandably taking longer than usual. We kindly ask that if you wish to enquire with us, you contact us as soon as possible to discuss a potential delivery date. This isn’t confirmation of an order, but it allows us to prepare for safe office and manufacturing practices during busy periods. We’re happy to discuss flexible delivery dates.

If your order requires multiple shipping addresses to cater for virtual events or internal deliveries, please don’t hesitate to speak with a member of our team. We are currently offering a reduced individual shipping rate where applicable.

In some circumstances, we may still be able to provide no-contact collection from our offices in Gloucestershire.
