The 2026 Living Wage Champions Awards took place last week at the beautiful Church House Westminster in London. A fantastic evening was had by all, celebrating employers and individuals across the country that have gone above and beyond to advance the real Living Wage, Living Hours and Living Pensions schemes.

2026 was a key year for the Living Wage Foundation, marking 25 years of one of the 21st century’s most successful civil society movements. Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves was in attendance as well as Employment Minister Kate Dearden MP.

Graham Griffiths, Director of the Living Wage Foundation said: “These awards are such a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and passion that has gone into growing the Living Wage movement over the last 25 years, and I congratulate all of the winners on their outstanding achievement.”

Rachel Reeves Living Wage Awards 2026

Over the past 25 years, the Living Wage movement has grown from a small grass roots movement of low-paid workers in East London to a widely recognised standard for good work. Today there are nearly 17,000 employers across the UK (including Gaudio Awards!) choosing to pay the real Living Wage, helping to lift the pay of nearly half a million workers each year.

We have been supplying the custom-designed trophies for the event for many years. The recycled clear acrylic top is laser-cut to the shape of the event logo and printed with the branding. A chunky white acrylic base completes the crisp, modern look and provides space for the all-important winners names to be added.

As well as providing the trophies for the Champions Awards event, we are also the official supplier of the Living Wage Accreditation Plaques and proud to be a Living Wage Employer.

The Living Wage Foundation

The Living Wage Foundation is a UK-based campaigning organisation that independently calculates and promotes the “real Living Wage”, an hourly rate based on actual living costs rather than the government’s minimum. It partners with over 17,000 businesses to tackle in-work poverty.

Print is colour-matched. Based on variations in computer and screen settings, and manufacturing tolerances, colours may appear differently to what you see on screen.
