Design Stage!

The design stage is an exciting one! It’s when our in-house team present their ideas for your custom trophy designs. Designs are based on many factors, including the vision you have for your award, branding, lead time, material preferences and more.

Our team have over 15 years’ experience working with major brands and international events, and each design is presented with a 3D visual.

Gaudio is home to an in-house design team. Our designers work alongside skilled craftspeople in state-of-the-art manufacturing and finishing facilities, with every stage of the bespoke process under one roof.

During the design process you can speak directly with your designer to discuss ideas, changes and personalisation options. The team will guide you through every step of the process, including a thorough proofing stage to check each winners’ name and sponsor logo is event-ready.

Samples available: acrylic and metal. Acrylic is versatile and commonly used in award designs, while aluminum offers exceptional shine.

Visualize Perfection: explore our 3D rendered custom trophies!

Designs look realistic, but they’re actually digitally rendered images. 3D renders are created by our design team and they provide the first exciting look at your custom award.

Renders simulate what a design will look like once it’s manufactured, to give you a feel for the final piece before 
placing an order. If we make any design changes, you’ll 
receive a new 3D render as an additional visual.

Full proofs are provided prior to manufacture for approval 
of spelling, colour, grammar and layout. You’ll receive a 
quote with your 3D render which includes all applicable personalisation and delivery costs unless specified. Once 
you’ve received a design and quote, there are no hidden additional costs for your selected design.

When you order a blank trophy, it will arrive without any personalised details. The trophy is blank for you to add your own personalisation, or use as a decorative piece.

Personalise Online

Select your layout using the dropdown menu, then enter your details. The live proof shows you an approximate visual of how your trophy will look when it’s engraved. Once you’ve added the details you want and purchased your trophy, we’ll begin manufacture right away.

Please note: The live render is an estimate of how your trophy will look, and the final result may vary in size, colour and placement.

Gaudio Proofing Service

With the Gaudio Proofing Service, simply add your chosen trophy to your cart and checkout as normal. A member of the team will be in touch to collect the required details, and we’ll send you proofs to approve before manufacture. Delivery time excludes proofing.
