3D Printing
Our in-house team create truly unique designs with complex detail using state-of-the-art 3D printing technology. Custom 3D-printed trophies are the ultimate in bespoke award manufacture.
CNC Machining
Solid aluminium and premium acrylic is machined with precision to create unique trophies. We source high-quality materials and use in-house polishing to achieve a clean cut and a picture-perfect surface finish.
Paint
A luxurious and glossy finish, paint offers a premium pop of colour. Bespoke awards are prepped and primed for a lasting coat, available in an array of shades.
Anodising
Anodisation is a sub-surface process that creates rich and hard-wearing colour on the surface of aluminium. Custom gold trophies are anodised for a showstopping finish that won’t tarnish over time.
Cast Acrylic
Cast acrylic is used to create an array of stylish shapes with a smooth surface finish. Acrylic is hard-wearing and the perfect canvas for print.
Engraving
Engraved trophies reveal and enhance the organic features of wooden components. Crafted in-house, custom trophies are engraved with winners’ names, sponsor logos and design details.
Laser Cutting
Our in-house manufacturing facilities include precision laser-cutting technology. A laser-cut profile is one way we showcase defining features on bespoke awards, plaques, and medals.
Polishing
Aluminium is polished in-house to reach a super shiny surface finish. A mirror polish is a standout feature on this custom medal.
Plating
The unmistakable shine of plating makes for a perfect finish on any premium award. Gold and nickel plating offers a traditional finished look to aluminium and 3D plated awards.
UV Printing
State-of-the-art UV printers give our team endless options for individual personalisation and vibrant designs on custom trophies. Print can be colour-matched to seamlessly complement your existing event branding or logo.
Assembly
Each bespoke award is quality checked throughout the production process. Finally, awards are assembled and finished in-house before being securely packed ready for shipping.

When you order a blank trophy, it will arrive without any personalised details. The trophy is blank for you to add your own personalisation, or use as a decorative piece.
Select your layout using the dropdown menu, then enter your details. The live proof shows you an approximate visual of how your trophy will look when it’s engraved. Once you’ve added the details you want and purchased your trophy, we’ll begin manufacture right away.
Please note: The live render is an estimate of how your trophy will look, and the final result may vary in size, colour and placement.
With the Gaudio Proofing Service, simply add your chosen trophy to your cart and checkout as normal. A member of the team will be in touch to collect the required details, and we’ll send you proofs to approve before manufacture. Delivery time excludes proofing.
