Ordering Bespoke Trophies

Ordering a custom trophy begins with an enquiry. Let us know:

  • The quantity of trophies you need
  • The date of your event
  • Any design elements you would like us to use – this includes logos, graphics and brand guidelines
  • Your budget, either per trophy or for the entire order

With this information, our Account Managers will create a brief for the design team. Designs are created in-house, free of charge, and sent to you for approval. Based on your feedback, we tailor this initial design to suit your requirements and create the perfect custom trophy.

When you’re happy with the design, we’ll confirm the order and begin manufacture of bespoke awards tailored to suit your brief, brand and budget.

Lead Times
Once a design is finalised, the lead time for your bespoke award is typically 4-5 weeks.

Depending on the manufacturing methods involved in bringing your design to life, we may require a longer lead time. Your dedicated Account Manager will make you aware of this at the enquiry and design stage.

In some instances, even with a short lead time, we may be able to assist in time for your event. Give us a call or complete the enquiry form online and a member of the team will be in touch as soon as possible.

Winners’ details are required a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the delivery date unless otherwise specified.

Bespoke Packaging Options
Custom awards by Gaudio are securely packaged for a safe shipment with trusted couriers.
  • Presentation Boxes: Choose from our selection of off-the-shelf boxes, or get a branded presentation box to match your award. Available in a wide range of colours and finishes, with debossed detail, printed graphics and foil infill.
  • Presentation Bags: Cotton bags provide protection against light scratches and smudges.
  • Flight Cases: Ideal for international travel or larger trophies. A robust hard case with bespoke foam or cushioned inserts to keep your award protected.

    Standard Delivery

    Trophies are securely packed and shipped with trusted couriers. Standard delivery aims to arrive within 3-5 working days and is available for most orders.

    Dedicated Courier

    A dedicated courier collects your awards from us and takes them directly to your venue on the same day. This is a timely and reliable service with no additional stops along the way.

    International Delivery

    We offer international shipping for worldwide events. The Gaudio team are happy to advise on delivery times and tax and duties for shipping outside of the UK.

    Collection

    Gaudio is located in Gloucestershire, just off the M5. We can pack and store your trophies for arranged collection. Simply send us your shipping labels and we’ll make sure everything’s ready to go!

    Multiple Shipments

    Our logistics team will arrange individual shipments to recipients at multiple addresses. This is an excellent option for ongoing accreditation schemes, virtual events, post-event delivery or corporate awards going to remote workers and multiple offices.

When you order a blank trophy, it will arrive without any personalised details. The trophy is blank for you to add your own personalisation, or use as a decorative piece.

Personalise Online

Select your layout using the dropdown menu, then enter your details. The live proof shows you an approximate visual of how your trophy will look when it’s engraved. Once you’ve added the details you want and purchased your trophy, we’ll begin manufacture right away.

Please note: The live render is an estimate of how your trophy will look, and the final result may vary in size, colour and placement.

Gaudio Proofing Service

With the Gaudio Proofing Service, simply add your chosen trophy to your cart and checkout as normal. A member of the team will be in touch to collect the required details, and we’ll send you proofs to approve before manufacture. Delivery time excludes proofing.
